By booking a treatment with Mona Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Monika Gergely.

2. Appointments
Appointments can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp or email.
Please arrive on time. If you are late, the treatment time may be shortened.

3. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment price.

4. Payment
Payments are made on-site after the treatment, unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods may include cash or online payment.

5. Health & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing about any:

• injuries

• medical conditions

• pregnancy

Mona Massage is not liable for any issues resulting from missing or incorrect information.

6. Treatment Policy
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer
Massage treatments are intended for relaxation and muscle relief.
No medical guarantees or outcomes are promised.

8. Gift Cards / Packages (optional if you use them)
Gift cards or prepaid sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period.

9. Changes to Services
Mona Massage reserves the right to change prices, services, or availability at any time.
